Bellvue Colts Girls continued their pre-season build up with the yellow's taking a trip to Glenrothes on Saturday. The girls took part in a round robin with Dunfermline Athletic and Glenrothes Strollers.

The girls put on a real show for the travelling support against Dunfermline in their first game with E.Hynd and A.Hendry bagging their first goals of the new season. It was a debut clean sheet for L.Drummond in goal and a solid performance all over the park with some fantastic passages of play.

Next up for the girls was a fresh well drilled Strollers who proved a tough opposition for Bellvue, a close game with lots of goals and end to end action. A brace from E.Hynd wasn't enough in the end as Strollers continued to pile on the pressure keeping E.Brown and A.Jamieson very busy in the heart of the Colts defence and denying R.Urquhart and M.Hynd the freedom to attack from the wings.

A great experience for the girls as we continue to build toward the season opener against Arbroath on the 20th August.
