Michael Woods Sports Centre - 5 aside Astro pitches

Description

This session is outdoors on the 5 aside pitches at Michael woods - football boots/astro turf trainers required (no metal studded boots!). Players should arrive wearing/with : Club Training kit (Blue), 1/4 Zip Club Top, Football Boots, Shinpads, Water Bottle, Inhalers or medications as appropriate - coaches should be informed of location on arrival. Please note that no jewellery should be worn, with earrings either removed or taped up and player is responsible for any valuables and belongings.
