Match Day 5 as Auchtermuchty visit Kingskettle

Kettle welcomed Auchtermuchty Bellevue Colts 2012s to Kettle park on what was a beautiful sunny morning and some early autumn warmth with it to.

Muchty on the back of 2 previous defeats in their last 2 games were keen to start this one in better shape and not concede early . The game started and it was obvious from the start that Muchty meant business and it was no surprise that they took the lead with a shot from Keegan Passmore to give them the lead. It was all attacking from Muchty and were rewarded by there efforts with another this time from Ruaridh Mackenzie who popped up out of the blue with another good goal.

Kettle pressed to try and get a goal back but the Muchty goal keeper Harry Meekison was in fine form gathering anything that came his way. It wasn't long before Muchty had the ball in the net again with Conner Simpson slotting home a neat finish. Muchty were now camped in the Kettle box and Murdo Urquhart would add a goal with a burst into the box and a cool finish. Muchty pressed further and it was no surprise that Conner Simpson after some neat play on the right burst in on the keeper and neatly slotted home to the keepers right.

Rhys Hutton added another, and just when you thought that was it for the first half the ever improving Keegan Passmore had a shot which with the aid of a deflection found its way into the net half time.

The second half started and it was no surprise that Muchty would find another with a wonder goal from Murdo Urquhart scoring from an acute angle to the keepers left, Rhys Hutton scored with a lovely finish to the keepers right and Ruaridh Mackenzie added a another with a looping shot over the keeper.

A great team effort away from home with every player stepping up to the plate and in particular Finn Tully who worked tirelessly throughout the second half and assisted in at least 3 of the goals scored also congratulations to Harry Meekison in goal in earning his first clean sheet .

All in all a great team effort with every player earning man of match status well done ?.
